このトリビュートアルバムは、Peteの公認である。元々の案は、Johnの家のスタジオでB面のためにThe Whoの「The Seeker」をレコーディングしていたCASTから始まった。そこでプロデューサーのBob Priddenが「The Whoのカバー集なんて面白いんじゃ？」とCASTと話し、色々なミュージシャンにも声をかけていったのである。
